2. Role of WiniMarket

WiniMarket acts as a neutral digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. WiniMarket is not the seller of products unless explicitly stated.

The platform facilitates order creation, payment processing, escrow protection, and communication between buyers and sellers.

3. Order Creation

An order is created when a buyer proceeds to checkout and confirms a shipping address. Orders may be created for multiple sellers based on cart contents.

Once an order is created, it is assigned a unique identifier and recorded in the buyer’s order history.

4. Payments

Payments are initiated by the buyer after order creation. A payment is considered successful only when confirmed by the payment provider.

Failed or incomplete payment attempts do not transfer funds to sellers. Buyers are not charged twice for the same order.

5. Escrow System

WiniMarket operates an escrow-based payment system to protect both buyers and sellers.

• Buyer funds are held securely in escrow after successful payment.
• Sellers are notified only after payment is confirmed.
• Funds remain in escrow until delivery is confirmed by the buyer.
• Upon confirmation of delivery, escrow funds are released to the seller.

If delivery is not confirmed, escrow funds remain protected while disputes are reviewed.

6. Delivery & Confirmation

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and within a reasonable time.

Buyers must confirm delivery once the order is received. Confirmation triggers the release of escrow funds.

7. Disputes & Cancellations

Buyers may report issues related to non-delivery, incorrect items, or damaged goods.

WiniMarket reserves the right to investigate disputes and determine appropriate resolutions, including refunds or escrow release decisions.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and shipping information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

WiniMarket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

WiniMarket reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
